There are five offices in the 5th Circuit. An office in each county served with the exception of Tallapoosa County which has two offices that serve both the East and West sides of the Tallapoosa River. Each office has one or more dedicated Assistant District Attornys and Investigators. The District Attorney's Office prosecutes felony cases in Circuit Court and misdeameanor cases in District Court. The District Attorney's Office has a dedicated division that prosecutes Child Support cases.
